KAM exists to serve those who serve the church. This retreat is intended for Bible-believing Christians who share the core convictions outlined below. These truths are not merely suggestions - they are essential doctrines and form the foundation upon which this ministry stands.
The Bible
We believe the Bible, consisting of the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, is the verbally inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It is our sole rule for faith and practice.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”
2 Timothy 3:16
God
We believe in one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — each fully God, co-equal in power and glory, and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence, and redemption.
“For there are three that bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
1 John 5:7
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death on the cross, bodily resurrection, and ascension to the right hand of the Father. He is the only Mediator between God and man.
“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.”
1 Timothy 2:5–6
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is received not by works, but by faith in the finished work of Christ. Those who are saved are kept by the power of God and possess eternal life.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”
Ephesians 2:8–9
The Church
We believe that an assembly of local believers who worship, fellowship, and accurately teach Biblical doctrines makes a local church. Jesus commissioned all Christians as His universal Church, the Body of Christ, which includes local churches, to make disciples of all nations until He returns.
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.”

The Return of Christ
We believe in the personal, visible, and imminent return of Jesus Christ for His church, followed by His literal reign upon the earth. We live in readiness, serving faithfully until that day.
“For the Lord himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.”
1 Thessalonians 4:16
Heaven and Hell
We believe Heaven and Hell are real and eternal destinations. Heaven is the eternal home of the redeemed who have trusted Christ. Hell is the place of conscious, eternal punishment prepared for the devil, his angels, and all who reject the Gospel.
“And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.”
